The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit has updated the available information for the May 22, 2008, en banc hearing, adding links to additional briefs in U.S. v. Gomez and In re: Volkswagen of America, Inc. The updated links can be found on this site’s En Banc Preview post. When briefing is completed in Moore v. Quarterman, this blawg will begin a series of preview posts for each of the cases to be heard by the en banc Fifth Circuit on May 22.
